Jeffrey Moore joined the company in May 2021. Prior to joining the team Jeff has over 20 years human resources management experience. His primary lines of effort were in human capital management and equal employment opportunity compliance and training. As the Recruiting Lead for Greencastle, Jeff communicates with applicants by phone, email or in person. He also screens resumes and ushers candidates through the hiring pipeline. Jeff was a Senior Human Resources Supervisor for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard prior to retirement after 25 years of total service. He has been awarded numerous awards that included, but are not limited to, four Meritorious Service Medals, Iraqi Campaign Medal (with Campaign Device), Career Counselor Badge, Pennsylvania Distinguished Service Medal, Adjutant Generals’ Corps Regimental Association’s COL Robert L. Manning Achievement Medal, and The Knight of the Honorable Order of Saint Michael. Jeff also studied Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
