Phathuxolo Maqavana

Phathuxolo Maqavana is the founder of PayMeFairly.org, a legislative advocacy campaign promoting equal pay rights in South Africa. With experience in renewable energy consultancy and solar project development, Phathuxolo also serves as a Project Development Manager at Greencells Group. Additionally, Phathuxolo has worked in sales and marketing roles at companies such as Chevron, Amazon, and Novartis. Educated at the University of Cape Town and TSIBA, Phathuxolo holds degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Leadership.
