Eric Schumacher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric started their career in 1998 as a Computer Technician at Taurus Technology & Management, where they provided technical support for the flight department and handled aircraft repair and flight manual revisions. Eric then worked as a Sales Associate at RadioShack in 2001.
From 2004 to 2005, Eric worked as a Localization Testing Assistant Lead at Electronic Arts, where they provided leadership and assistance to testers from various countries. Eric worked on projects such as The Sims 2: University and Tiger Woods PGA Tour '06.
In 2005, Eric joined Retek Corporation as a Computer Technician & Salesperson, managing a computer hardware testing lab, refurbishing computers, and handling internal desktop support. Eric also advertised and sold computer parts through multiple channels.
Eric worked as a Private Instructor at Kurashi School in 2008, teaching various subjects. Eric also worked as a Wedding Conductor at TMC during the same year.

Eric also achieved the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 3 in January 2009 and the Japanese Scholastic Proficiency Test Level C in October 2008. In November 2007, they passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 4. Furthermore, Eric obtained certifications such as the Certificate of Accomplishment, Outstanding ESO Sales from RadioShack in October 2001, the A+ Certification in Computer Repair from CompTIA in November 1999, and the Forklift Operator Certification from Safety Services Company in August 2014.
