Blanca Bernal

Blanca Bernal is a seasoned professional in the field of environment and natural resources, currently serving as a Senior Technical Expert at GreenCollar since March 2022. With a diverse background that includes experience as a Team Member for the 4th cohort of Homeward Bound Projects and roles in Winrock International as a Program Officer and Senior Program Associate for Ecosystem Services, Blanca has demonstrated strong expertise in program management and ecosystem services. Previous positions also include Visiting Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution, as well as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Florida Gulf Coast University. Blanca's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master of Science from The Ohio State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
