Neli Esipova

Neli Esipova is a seasoned professional in research and project management with extensive experience across various organizations, including Multicultural Insights Ltd. as the Founder since March 2021 and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) as a Senior Technical Expert since June 2021. Neli's prior role as an Independent Consultant for The World Bank from April 2021 to October 2023 follows a long tenure at Gallup, where Neli served as the Regional Research Director for 30 countries in the Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and Israel, overseeing a global research team and a multi-million dollar budget in the execution of surveys. Neli's career also includes managerial experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Survey Research Laboratory. Neli holds an M.B.A. and M.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science from the Lomonosov Institute of Chemical Technology in Moscow, Russia.
