Laura Muñoz

Laura Muñoz has a diverse work experience in business development, innovation, product development, and process engineering. Laura currently works as a Business Development Lead at Greencovery since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Mars for a period of 10 years, holding various roles including Innovation Technical Lead, Innovation Project Manager, Senior Product Developer, Senior Process Technologist, and R&D Process Engineer. Before joining Mars, Laura worked at OXXO as a Product Development specialist from December 2008 to May 2011.

Laura Muñoz's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009.
