Miranda Estrada

Miranda Estrada has been working in the Human Resources field since 2019. Miranda began their career as a Certified Medical Assistant at Lafayette Street Family Health Clinic in 2019. In 2021, they moved to SCAN as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for executing full life-cycle recruitment and managing candidates in the Applicant Tracking System. Currently, they are employed at Greencroft Communities as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Coordinator. In these roles, they work in cooperation with HR staff and affiliate community HR Leaders, ensures smooth HR services are delivered, completes data preparation and analysis, provides support and development of team member benefit summaries, and coordinates, prepares, and maintains HR Handbooks, HR guidelines, and HR policies.

Miranda Estrada attended Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS).
