Robin Rose

Robin Rose serves as the Director of Human Resources. With 22 years of experience in Healthcare Human Resources, Robin comes to Greene County General Hospital with a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University. She is a member of the Indiana Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration, where she has served as a board member for the past six years. Robin has been recognized for Service Excellence in 2007 from Indiana University Health in Bloomington, Indiana and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources through Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Robin has also been recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Healthcare Green Belt. The Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare focuses on eliminating defects and is used to increase patient satisfaction, reduce mistakes and improve processes and procedures.
