Lauren Ross

Lauren Ross is an experienced payroll professional, currently serving as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Greene King since February 2017, after previously holding the role of Payroll Advisor. Prior to this, Lauren gained valuable experience at Firmdale Hotels PLC from July 2014 to February 2017, where roles included Events Supervisor and Events Head Waiter. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as an Events Waitress at CHILFORD HUNDRED LIMITED from November 2009 to July 2014 and as a Travel Advisor at PREMIER TRAVEL AGENCY LIMITED from March 2010 to April 2013. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a Level 2 qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Additionally, a National Diploma in Travel and Tourism was obtained from West Suffolk College.
