Peter Noble

Peter Noble currently serves as the Head of Property Development at Greene King, leading the Property Development team with a focus on value creation and asset development since November 2023. Previously, Peter held various roles within Greene King, including Estate Manager and Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities encompassed acquiring properties for notable pub brands and managing different types of sites, such as new builds and existing pubs. Prior to this, Peter served as a Commercial Estate Manager at Ei Group and as a Regional Valuation Surveyor at Punch Taverns, where expertise included property management, valuations, and lease negotiations. With comprehensive experience in licensed property, Peter has also worked at heb Chartered Surveyors and Scottish and Newcastle. Peter holds a 2:1 degree in Estate Management from The Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
