Tom Poulton

Tom Poulton is the Head of Property & Development at GDK (German Doner Kebab) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Head Of Property at The MSG Group from March 2013 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the property function, driving property growth strategies, and managing development plans for various brands. Tom advised the board on investment opportunities, led acquisition and estates teams, and managed both freehold and leasehold assets, ensuring alignment with business expectations and financial models.
