Mailyn Jeffries

Mailyn Jeffries, SPHR, is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Evangel University since January 2022, Mailyn also holds the position of Human Resources Director and HRIS Administrator for Greene County, Missouri, since June 2015, leading all HRIS related projects. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Mercy from September 2013 to June 2015, where Mailyn managed full-cycle recruitment for multiple health facilities, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Great Southern Bank from January 2013 to September 2013, providing support in various HR functions. Mailyn holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from Missouri State University.
