Brent Botha

Brent Botha is a seasoned professional in the sports and health industry with extensive experience as a soigneur, currently working with Team Jayco AlUla (GreenEDGE Cycling) since January 2023 and previously with Israel Cycling Academy from January 2018 to December 2022. Brent held various roles in Air Water and Earth, including Head of Operations Africa & Global Business Development and Sports Research, contributing to innovative solutions for air pollution. Early career experiences include positions as Assistant Team Manager, Communications Officer & Soigneur at Team Spur Mountain Biking and Unit Production Manager at Triplane Production Facility. Brent’s foundational skills in fitness and personal training were developed through roles at Pretty Gardens Gym, Sports Performance Clinic, and Virgin Active Gym. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement Sciences and Contemporary South African History from the University of the Free State.
