Danny Hajj

CTO at Greenely

Danny Hajj is the CTO at Greenely. Prior to that, they were a lead full stack developer and DevOps specialist at Keeward from 2007 to 2018. Danny was also a co-organizer of the Beirut Docker Meetup Chapter from 2017 to 2020.

Danny has extensive experience in ecommerce, API development, and microservices. Danny has led the development of Magento 1 and Magento 2 sites, as well as the integration of the bank Audi (now called Areeba) payment gateway with Magento. Danny has also created admin interfaces, dashboards, and APIs based on Zend Framework 3, Doctrine, and Apigility.

Currently, Danny is setting up microservices using Docker containers, GRPC, and Python/PHP to replace projects with monolithic architecture. Danny is also researching GitLab-CI for building, deploying, and managing Docker containers.

Danny Hajj attended Université Antonine and Collège des Pères Antonins, both in Baabda, Lebanon. Danny studied computer software engineering at both schools and is now a computer software engineer.

They are on a team with Anders Johansson - CFO, Elina Schüler - Marketing Manager, and Joakim Grönvall - Head of Product. and Joseph Khalil - iOS Developer reports to Danny Hajj. Their manager is Tanmoy Bari, CEO.
