Georgiy Shur

Georgiy Shur is a Senior Android Engineer with extensive experience in app development and architecture improvement. Currently at Greenely since July 2024 and previously at Geneva from April 2021 to November 2023, Georgiy focused on social and messaging features, implemented modular architecture, refactored apps to Jetpack Compose, and introduced scalable design systems. Prior to that, Georgiy worked at Ackee from November 2014 to March 2021, engaging in diverse projects and contributing to both internal and open-source libraries. A consultant at Home Credit Philippines in 2019, Georgiy enhanced banking app architecture and team capabilities through mentoring and tech leadership. Beginning as a Junior Android Developer at ZENTITY a.s. from September 2013 to September 2014, Georgiy possesses an Engineer's degree in Software Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications from Perm State Technical University.
