Kayla Burcham

Kayla Burcham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kayla began their career as a Church volunteer at Klamath Christian Center, where they worked with children of various ages and organized activities. Kayla then joined The Ross Ragland Theater as a Crew Member, assisting with set movements, stage lighting, and scene changes during shows. In 2013, Kayla transitioned to the US Navy as an Electronic Technician, where they installed, troubleshooted, repaired, and maintained electrical equipment. After leaving the Navy in 2017, they worked as a Nanny for a private family. In 2018, Kayla joined BAE Systems as an Electronics Technician III, a role they held until 2021. At BAE Systems, they gained experience in electronic engineering and contributed to various projects. From 2021 to 2023, Kayla worked as an Electronic Engineering Technician at BAE Systems, Inc., further developing their technical expertise. Currently, they are serving as the Configuration/Technician Manager at Greenfield Engineering Corporation. Kayla's work experience reflects their proficiency in technical roles and their adaptability in different work environments.

Kayla Burcham began their education at the Oregon Institute of Technology in 2008, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering until 2010. Following that, they attended Klamath Community College from 2010 to 2013, focusing on General Studies. In 2013, Kayla joined the United States Navy for apprentice-level training as an Electronics Technician.
