Karen Rowland

Karen has worked in the field of education for 30 years. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario and Queen’s University, she began her teaching career as a classroom teacher of grades 3-8. Karen worked as a Learning Support Teacher for elementary students, supported an Accelerate Class by helping students implement the use of technology, and most recently, worked for the system supporting students with Learning Disabilities.

During her years in education, Karen developed a passion for personalizing instruction to help students achieve academic success. By facilitating the correct combination of programming and teacher efficacy in using the programs, Karen delights in watching students develop their skills and gain confidence in their abilities.

Karen is thrilled to join the Greenfield team to share her excitement and knowledge of the programs she has found to be so successful with her students.
