María Isabel Quintana Velázquez

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a company focused on online sales of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching as a university professor in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering subjects such as applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a licenciatura in Nutrition, Food, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
