Amalia Wompa serves as a reporter and photojournalist for Greenfield Recorder, focusing on human interest stories. As a staff writer for The Massachusetts Daily Collegian, Amalia covers local events, travel, trends, and history. In the role of digital media intern at Journey Beyond Aspen, Amalia creates social media content highlighting international resorts. Experience as a routesetter and climbing instructor at Ascend Climbing - UMass RecWell includes managing route construction and assisting outdoor trips. Amalia has contributed as a recreational team coach at Central Rock Gym and co-founded a podcast for the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management, where sport professionals are interviewed.
