Scott Hart is a skilled estimator with extensive experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Takeoff Estimator at Greenfoot Energy Solutions since November 2022, Scott specializes in delivering pricing estimates for residential and commercial builds across New Brunswick, PEI, and Nova Scotia, utilizing advanced modeling and calculation techniques. Previous roles include Estimator and Project Coordinator at R.R.I.C.H. Construction and Management, where Scott coordinated bid information and performed accurate architectural takeoffs, and Junior Civil Estimator at Phillips Bros Excavating Ltd., where responsibilities involved detailed civil takeoff quantities and project coordination. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from New Brunswick Community College, supplemented by earlier education at Easter College and Riverview High School.

Greenfoot Energy Solutions was founded in 2014 by a team of energy advisors wanting to advance the energy efficiency sector in Atlantic Canada. Having owned and operated an energy auditing company for the last 8 years and administering over 30,000 energy assessments, we felt that providing energy efficiency upgrade recommendations alone was not enough. The challenge in the industry was that most companies only offered one or two services which meant that in most cases, homeowners were offered a one size fits all solution to all their problems. How could homeowners trust the contractor's recommendations if they only offered one solution? Providing UNBIASED energy efficiency advice could only be successful if someone could offer the entire range of home efficiency upgrades therefore eliminating any and all conflicts of interest. It was at that moment that Greenfoot was born. Today, Greenfoot is over 200 employees strong and has locations throughout the Maritimes with plans on expanding throughout Canada and the United States.
