Guillaume Jouffre has a diverse range of work experience. Guillaume is currently the co-founder of GreenGo, an alternative lodging option in France. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Manager at Oliver Wyman from 2017 to 2020. Guillaume also worked as a Consultant at Eridanis, a consultancy specializing in the Internet of Things, from 2015 to 2016. Guillaume was a Trainee Consultant at GASCOGNE PAPER in 2014 and was the Founder of a grocery shop at Ecole Polytechnique from 2013 to 2014. In addition, they were an Organizer for the Board of European Students of Technology, where they organized technologic classes and participated in similar events in different countries. Guillaume also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Lycée de la Borde-Basse from 2012 to 2013.
Guillaume Jouffre began their education in 2007 at Lycée Cabanis Brive, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Lycée Gay-Lussac Limoges, specializing in Maths sup / Maths spé. Guillaume then went on to attend École Polytechnique from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their Engineer's Degree in Entrepreneurship, Applied Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science. In 2016, Guillaume attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as a visiting student, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics. Guillaume furthered their education at École Polytechnique from 2016 to 2017, earning a Master's Degree in DOCTIS - Organizational Dynamics, Technological Changes, Innovation, and Strategy.
