Renee Clarke has a diverse background with experience in various roles and industries. Renee began their career as an Intern at the Chicago Historical Society in 1996. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Program Coordinator at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), where they managed programs in Japan, Germany, and the USA. Renee then joined AXIOM INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS LLC as a Senior Marketing Associate from 1999 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Calamos Investments as an Institutional Sales Associate from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on reporting, data management, and project coordination. In 2014, Renee became the Senior Employer Relations Manager for the Greenheart Exchange's Work and Travel Department, responsible for the Summer Work Travel program. Renee later took on the role of Senior Business Development Manager at Greenheart International in 2022 before becoming the Associate Director of Recruitment in 2023. Overall, Renee has extensive experience in program management, sales, marketing, and business development.

Renee Clarke completed their BA in Global Studies and History at Marycrest International University from 1994 to 1997. Renee then interned at the US Department of State. Prior to university, Renee attended Maine Township High School South. Additionally, they participated in a one-year exchange program at Toyama Minami High School in Japan. In 2021, Renee obtained a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn.
