Gitanjali Faleiro

Gitanjali Faleiro has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Gitanjali is currently working at Greenhill & Co. as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to this, they worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for four years. Gitanjali also held the role of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Gitanjali worked at Latham & Watkins, LLP as an Associate, where they provided legal advice to US banks and investment funds on various regulatory matters. Gitanjali also worked at Linklaters LLP as a Solicitor, specializing in UK and EU financial services law and leading marketing and advisory initiatives for global investment managers and financial institutions. Gitanjali started their career at Goldman Sachs as an Associate.

Gitanjali Faleiro completed their B.A. in Government and Economics from Smith College from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a law degree from the University of Oxford, Worcester College, studying law from 2004 to 2006.
