Henley Leong, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Henley is currently a Vice President at Greenhill & Co., where they focus on APAC coverage of private equity secondary market transactions and advises institutional investors on liquidity solutions. Prior to this, Henley worked at Investec as part of their corporate advisory team, specializing in cross-border M&A transactions and IPO sponsorships. Henley also gained experience in corporate finance advisory at PwC, where they worked on sell-side and buy-side M&A deals. Additionally, Henley has contributed to conservation projects and conducted research as a project assistant at the China Exploration & Research Society. Henley has also interned at PwC, Deloitte, and IDT Technology Limited, gaining exposure to various departments and responsibilities. Henley's early work experience includes being an assistant sailing instructor at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and a summer intern at the China Exploration & Research Society.
Henley Leong, CFA obtained their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Management from the University of Cambridge in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Materials Science and Engineering at Imperial College London from 2009 to 2012. Before entering university, they completed their GCE A Levels at the German Swiss International School from 2002 to 2009. In addition to their academic background, Henley Leong also earned the CFA® charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in February 2018.
