Adam Whale

Adam W. is an experienced professional in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Operations & People at Greenhouse Sports since September 2020. Previously, Adam held multiple leadership roles at New Generation ski & snowboard school from December 2010 to September 2020, including Director of People & Culture and Head of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing HR processes and facilitating significant staff growth. Early career experiences included positions as a ski instructor and customer service executive across various organizations. Adam holds a BA Hons in History and Politics from the University of Stirling and has attained advanced CIPD qualifications, including Chartered MCIPD status.
