Courtney Lane

Courtney Lane has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Courtney currently works as a Channel Partner Manager at Greenhouse Software, where they began in March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Member at Partnership Leaders starting in September 2022.

Before joining Greenhouse Software and Partnership Leaders, Courtney worked at Proactive Talent from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they served as a Principal Consultant for Hiring & People, overseeing the Hiring Services consultant team and providing advisory support for talent acquisition strategies and recruitment technologies. Courtney also held the position of Lead Consultant for Hiring Services, working with clients to build effective recruiting engines.

From 2016 to 2018, Courtney worked at Baylor Scott & White Health, first as an Organizational Development Consultant, supporting senior leaders in the implementation of employee experience programs. Courtney later became a Manager for Talent Management and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, overseeing talent acquisition and employee engagement at Lakeway Regional Medical Center.

Courtney's earlier experiences include roles at Zoes Kitchen, Forest Park Medical Center, and Seton Healthcare Family. Courtney held positions such as Field Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Talent Management Consultant, Recruiting Lead & HR Supervisor, Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator & On-boarding Specialist.

Before their career in healthcare and talent management, Courtney worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Embassy Suites from 2008 to 2009.

Courtney Lane holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition to their formal education, Courtney Lane has attained certifications as a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant from The Predictive Index and as an iCIMS Partner Hiring Suite Certification from iCIMS, in May 2020 and July 2020 respectively.
