Jody Bartley

Senior Customer Success Director, Enterprise at Greenhouse

Jody Bartley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2006, Jody worked as a Broadcast Assistant at Tipp FM until June 2007. From April 2008 to September 2010, Jody then joined the UCC Office of Media and Communications as a Communications Assistant. Following that, Jody worked at Investing News Network as a Client Account Manager from May 2011 to June 2013.

In August 2013, Jody joined Hootsuite as a Customer Success Manager for NAM Midwest Enterprise Clients, a role that lasted until July 2015. Jody then transitioned to Smartling, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager from February 2016 to February 2018, before becoming a Senior Customer Success Manager, EMEA from March 2018 to January 2020.

Most recently, Jody has been employed at Greenhouse Software, a leading hiring software company. They started as a Senior Customer Success Manager from January 2020 to February 2021, before being promoted to Customer Success Director, Enterprise from March 2021 to April 2022. Currently, Jody holds the role of DEI EMEA Liaison, Greenhouse DEI Global Council, and is a Senior Customer Success Director, Enterprise.

Jody Bartley's education history includes obtaining a BA Joint Honours degree in English & History from University College Cork, which spanned from 2006 to 2009. Following that, Jody pursued an MA degree in Film Studies (History, Theory, and Criticism) at the same institution from 2009 to 2010.

In recent years, Jody has acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. This includes a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from City Colleges, which was earned between 2020 and 2021. Additionally, Jody obtained a Professional Diploma in HR Management from UCD Professional Academy in 2021.

Furthermore, Jody has complemented their education with various certifications. These include a Counselling Psychology certification from City Colleges in May 2021, a Hootsuite Certification from Hootsuite University in September 2013, and a TESOL Advanced certification from TESOL International in July 2013.
