Strategic Account Executive at Greenhouse

Kristen Sofia has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies. Kristen started their career as a Paralegal at Dechert LLP in 2004. Kristen then transitioned into the business sector, working at Corporate Executive Board from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they held various roles including Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, and Account Executive, where they managed accounts, grew contract value, and sold subscription-based consulting services.

In 2012, Kristen joined PDI Ninth House as the Director of Client Solutions. Kristen managed over 50 accounts, expanded existing accounts, and acquired new clients while partnering with them to implement custom solutions within the Talent Management Framework.

In 2013, they moved to Executive Networks as a Senior Account Executive - EMEA, where they managed enterprise relationships with HR Executive teams across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Kristen supported them in driving culture change, refining employee value propositions, and aligning compensation and benefits with company strategy.

In 2015, Kristen joined Workday as an Account Executive, where they introduced the HR and Finance platform to organizations in the newly opened mid-market in the UK. Their role involved disrupting the global software industry and promoting Workday's infinitely flexible, intuitive, and powerful applications.

Currently, Kristen works at Greenhouse Software. Kristen started as an Enterprise Account Executive in 2018 and was promoted to a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in 2020, where they continue to excel in managing enterprise accounts and driving sales.

Kristen Sofia attended Williams College from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in History.
