Mary Berndt

Mary Berndt is currently employed at Greenhouse Software as an Account Executive. Mary joined the company in October 2022. Prior to this, Mary held various sales development roles at Greenhouse Software, starting as a Sales Development Representative I in July 2021 and advancing to Senior Sales Development Representative and Senior Elite Sales Development Representative.

In addition to their work at Greenhouse Software, Mary has also served as a Board Member for Youth & Education at Ducks Unlimited since June 2021. Mary previously held positions within Ducks Unlimited, including Sponsor Chair and Founder/Co-President of UVA Ducks Unlimited.

Mary has also been involved with the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, where they were an Alumni Board Member and Brand Ambassador from 2020 to the present.

Mary is the Founder of MO Surf, a beachwear company, since May 2020.

In 2019, Mary interned at Jackson Wild. Prior to that, they worked as a Cycling Instructor at TidalWheel from January 2016 to January 2018.

Mary Berndt earned a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce in the years 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the UVA School of Education and Human Development from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Youth and Social Innovation with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, Mary has also obtained certifications in Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn and in Conversational Marketing from Drift in the years 2021 and 2020 respectively.
