Sarah Harnett has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sarah most recently worked at Greenhouse Software as the Director of People Business Partners. Prior to that, they held the role of People & Culture Business Partner at Primark Stores Limited, where they led a team of HR professionals and collaborated with various departments to support and advise colleagues on their career journey. Before that, they served as an HR Talent & Culture Consultant at Campus Oil Ltd, where they project managed the implementation of core company values and coached senior leaders. Sarah also has a long-term tenure at Lifestyle Sports, where they held the positions of Head of HR Talent & Engagement and HR Officer. Sarah began their career at AIB as an Administration/PA for the Project Team for Mortgage Bank. In 2008, Sarah attained a Diploma in Employment Law from Dublin Business School. Sarah also holds a Certificate in HR from the National College of Ireland, which they earned in 2007. Sarah's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Social Science, which they obtained from the University College Dublin between 2002 and 2005.
