Sharawn Tipton

Sharawn Tipton is the Chief People Officer at Greenhouse, where she leads global talent strategy, organisational development and workplace culture. She brings over 20 years of experience, including serving as Chief People and Culture Officer at LiveRamp and as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Micron Technology, where she successfully built global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) initiatives. Outside of the office, Sharawn is also part of the Expert Alliance at Fair Pay Workplace and serves as a Board Advisor for College Track Oakland. She earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, East Bay, and her master’s degree from Golden Gate University.
