Stefania Lazar (Stef)

Stefania (Stef) Lazar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefania (Stef) started their career at Learning Enterprises in 2015, where they worked as an English Second Language Teacher. In 2016, they served as an Art Collections Assistant at Georgetown University. Stefania (Stef) then became involved in the business world, working as the CEO of Georgetown Bubble from January 2017 to May 2017. At Georgetown Bubble, they implemented operational changes and generated significant revenue through sales at the weekly Farmers Market.

Stefania also gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector. In 2017, they interned at Peace Corps, where they compiled and analyzed press releases and assisted with communications efforts. Stefania (Stef) later joined Unite America as a Political Associate, Program Coordinator, and Research Program Manager. In their role as Research Program Manager, they led research efforts and created a Unity Index for scoring bipartisanship among state legislators.

In 2019, Stefania joined Granicus as a Customer Success Specialist and later moved on to become a Customer Success Consultant. During their time at Granicus, they provided customer support and expertise in driving successful outcomes for clients.

Most recently, Stefania has been working at Greenhouse Software as a Customer Success Manager. Stefania (Stef) started as a Customer Success Manager II, Mid-Market in August 2021 and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in November 2022. In this role, they have been responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their success.

Stefania (Stef) Lazar began their education in 2010, attending West Essex High School, where they received their High School Diploma in 2014. Following this, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at Georgetown University from 2014 to 2018. Stefania (Stef)'sfield of study at Georgetown was Regional and Comparative Studies of Eastern & Western Europe. In addition to their formal education, Stef also obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance in June 2019.
