Taylor Cathcart has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Public Affairs Intern at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio. They then served as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty from 2017 to 2019. During the same period, they also worked as a Bartender at The Blackwell Inn. In 2019, Taylor joined TransPerfect as an Account Manager before freelancing as a Makeup Artist for NARS Cosmetics. From 2019 to 2020, they held multiple positions at CoverMyMeds, including Account Specialist, Account Coordinator, and Case Manager, where they supported users, managed accounts, and communicated with healthcare providers and insurance plans. Following this, they joined Brandfolder in 2020, initially as a CX Representative, assisting customers and troubleshooting product issues. They then took on the role of Customer Success Associate, where they actively improved account health, promoted engagement, identified upsells, and managed organization and taxonomy within accounts. In 2022, Taylor transitioned to Greenhouse Software as a Customer Success Manager.

Taylor Cathcart attended The Ohio State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. In March 2020, Taylor also completed the certification course "Creating Your Personal Brand" offered by LinkedIn.
