Hari Shankar M S has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Hari started their career in 2008 as a Marketing Manager at Waybeo Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked until 2010. Hari then moved on to Easy2ownEstate as a Marketing Manager, responsible for planning and implementing cost-effective marketing strategies for the real estate firm. After that, in 2012, Hari joined VivaConnect Pvt. Ltd. as a Product Manager, overseeing the execution of media promotion campaigns and managing a product called PFP (Pay For Performance). Later in the same year, they took on the role of Founder & CEO at Bellweys Consumer Products Pvt Ltd until 2020. During their time there, they founded and led the company, utilizing their entrepreneurial skills. In 2014, Hari founded BlackThreads and served as the Founder & Director, creating a distribution/trading channel and collaborating with local stitching units to convert fiber to fabric to fashion apparel as corporate gifts. Lastly, they currently hold the position of Vice President - Fiber and Value added Products at Greenikk, starting in 2022. Overall, Hari has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, product management, entrepreneurship, and leadership throughout their career.

Hari Shankar M S completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mar Ivanios College from 2005 to 2008. Hari then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing at the Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai, from 2010 to 2012.
