Radhika Viraraghavan

Radhika is their signature biochar expert and another Co-Founder. She is responsible for Plant Operations and makes sure all the different departments including quality, administration, transportation and Procurement work in harmony. With incredible emotional intelligence and ability to understand people, she extends influence over all departments. She knows how to build a healthy relationship with people associated with the company. Be it customers, vendors, or employees, she makes sure everyone works together.
