Andrew Padgett

Andrew Padgett has over 10 years of work experience in the energy industry. Andrew started their career at Parsley Energy, where they worked as a Land Manager, overseeing owner negotiations, drill site construction, and resource attainment. Andrew quickly advanced to become a subsurface landman and supervisor, managing the operational needs of their area. Andrew then founded their own consulting company, Ante Energy, specializing in land consulting for oil and gas assets as well as renewables. Currently, Andrew serves as the Vice President - Land at Greenlake Energy Ventures, where they oversee all land-based functions including subsurface, surface, marketing, and deals.

Andrew Padgett attended Hanover College from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration and focused on all areas of business.
