Lana Reeve

Lana Reeve has a strong background in finance and law, with experience in various leadership roles. Lana is currently serving as the Chief Financial and Legal Officer at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. since December 2022. From July 2018 to December 2022, Lana worked as the President & Chief Legal Officer at Authentys, Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of General Counsel at Maco.la Capital from January 2018 to July 2018. Lana also worked as the Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at RealPage, Inc. from March 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Legal Officer at NWP Services Corporation from December 2006 to March 2016. Lana started their career as the Deputy General Counsel at Read-Rite Corporation, where they worked from September 1999 to December 2006.

Lana Reeve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University. Lana also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
