Ricardo Capra has over 25 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Regional Kitchen Manager at Greenleaf Gourmet ChopShop since October 2014, Ricardo has developed expertise in kitchen operations and culinary management. Prior to this role, Ricardo held the position of General Manager at Il Fornaio from April 2004 to August 2013, further enhancing skills in overseeing restaurant operations and staff leadership. Earlier in the career, Ricardo worked as General Manager and Chef at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant from March 1994 to February 2004, where significant culinary experience was gained.
