Abhishek Duggal is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in automation, business process improvement, and project management across various industries. Currently at Greenlight Consulting since July 2022, Abhishek leads automation discovery sessions for North American clients and oversees the entire automation delivery process. Previous roles include Business Analysis Consultant at CSA Group, Senior Business Process Analyst at Equinix, and Senior Business Analyst at Genpact, where Abhishek managed RPA implementation and process optimization initiatives. Abhishek also has experience from eClerx, PwC, EY, and CSC, focusing on SAP implementations, IT service delivery, and business analysis.
