Holly Coleman

Holly Coleman, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Greenlight Guru since January 2024. Previously, Holly held the Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager positions at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership from November 2021 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and in Human Resources at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX) from March 2017 to November 2021, and as a Human Resources Consultant at Courseload, Inc. from June 2011 to March 2016. Holly also worked part-time in Human Resources at Emmis Communications and was a Stay-at-Home Mom/Domestic Engineer from January 2008 to June 2011. Prior positions include Senior HR Generalist at Emmis Communications and Human Resources Coordinator at Tivoli/IBM. Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from DePauw University, graduating in 1993.
