Ty Lerch

Ty Lerch serves as the Business Development and Customer Success Manager at Greenlight Idea Lab since June 2025. Previously, Ty held the role of LLM Research & Evaluation Specialist as a contractor for Google through TEKsystems from June to August 2025. Prior experience includes positions as a Customer Experience Researcher and AI Prompt Engineer at Mach49, from March 2023 to January 2025, where the company focuses on guiding Global 1000 firms in developing new ventures. Ty also contributed as an Associate Researcher at Mount Mercy University from October 2016 to May 2019, analyzing research data and presenting findings at significant conferences. In terms of education, Ty attained a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design from City St George’s, University of London, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Mercy University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and German from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
