Darren Griffin is an experienced operations and quality leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Director of Quality at Greenlight Innovation Corp. since May 2022, Darren has played a key role in developing plant and supply chain capabilities to align with strategic business objectives. Prior positions include Director of Quality at Motorola Solutions and Avigilon, where Darren's leadership contributed to significant revenue growth and the establishment of robust quality teams. With extensive experience at Schneider Electric and Xantrex Technology, Darren has successfully integrated quality systems and managed global supply chain operations. Darren holds a degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering and Industrial Management from Crawley College of Technology in the UK.
