Philip Kelley has extensive experience in the telecommunication industry, having worked in various roles such as Outside Plant Engineer, Construction Manager, Area Plant Supervisor, Network Operations Supervisor, and Cable Technician. Philip has managed operations, supervised construction crews, conducted field visits, and worked closely with contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Additionally, Philip has experience in customer service, maintenance, and training new technicians. Prior to their telecommunications career, Philip served in the US Army as a Cable Team Leader. Philip holds an Associate's Degree in Conservation Biology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
