Doug Reinert

Doug Reinert has a diverse work experience in mechanical engineering and quality engineering roles. Doug started their career at 3M in 1998 as an Engineering Aide and Senior Technician, where they tested and evaluated components and implemented Lean manufacturing concepts. In 2003, they became a Senior Engineering Technician and Technologist, responsible for prototyping products in the display and automotive field and leading the photostability effort for optical films and LEDs.

In 2010, Doug joined L-3 Communications as a Quality Engineer, contributing to the company's quality assurance processes. Doug then worked at Mazak Corporation from 2011 to 2012 as a Mechanical Engineer, before joining Greenlight Optics in 2012 in the same role.

Throughout their career, Doug has gained extensive experience in electro optical testing, measurement, alignment, and documentation. Doug has also demonstrated their ability to drive improvements and achieve significant yield improvements.
