Cristin Morneau is the Chief Privacy Officer at Greenlight. Prior to this, they served as Privacy Counsel at Uber from April 2019 to October 2019, and as Senior Director & AGC, Global Head of Privacy and Data Protection Officer at Groupon from November 2019 to April 2022. From February 2018 to April 2019, they were Senior Counsel - Global Privacy & Regulatory at Groupon, where they were responsible for developing and executing the Global Privacy and Security-by-Design and Default Program for ongoing compliance with all privacy and data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR. Additionally, they reviewed and analyzed projects/products for compliance with global privacy laws, conducted data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), drafted DPIA Reports, and developed innovative solutions to privacy risks. Cristin has also served as Associate Attorney at Frilot LLC from September 2012 to January 2014, and as Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells from April 2014 to February 2018.

Cristin Morneau received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Theirtory of Art from the University of Michigan. Cristin also has certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US). In addition, they have certification from Scrum.org in Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
