Nupur Shah

Nupur Shah is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership coaching, currently serving as the Director of People Partners at Greenlight. Nupur has also operated a coaching and consulting business focusing on leadership and HR. Prior to this, Nupur held the position of Senior People Business Partner in the technology sector at Lyft and managed people operations in hospitality at Spacious.com, which was acquired by WeWork. Additional experience includes roles in global mobility programs and HR operations at Airbnb. Nupur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Georgia.
