Fatema Bhaiji

Fatema Bhaiji is a dynamic professional currently serving as a Media and Production Management Intern at GreenlightGO since August 2024. In addition, Fatema holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Delta Kappa Alpha and co-chairs the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. As a Research Assistant at the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative since November 2022, Fatema contributed to groundbreaking research that assesses the inclusivity of theatrical releases from 2019 to 2022, analyzing over 1000 data points related to gender and race/ethnicity in the film industry. Previous internships include roles at Paramount and SILO: Music, along with experience as a Product Manager at LavaLab and a TEDx speaker at TED Conferences. Fatema is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Narrative Studies at the University of Southern California, expected to graduate in May 2026.
