Rubi Moya

Rubi Moya has a diverse work experience in talent management and human resources. In 2014, Rubi began working at Ashford Communities as a Project Specialist, before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Specialist in 2015. After four years at Ashford Communities, Rubi joined Trio Electric in 2018 as a Talent Scout and later became a Talent Manager. Currently, Rubi is the Director of Talent Management at Greenline Apartment Management, where they have been since 2022.

Rubi Moya studied Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Houston-Downtown, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
