Kelly Morse

Kelly Morse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and fund management. Since April 2011, Kelly has served as Vice President of Greenline Ventures, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance aspects related to fund management, investor reporting, CDFI/IRS regulations, treasury administration, QALICB compliance/servicing, and impact tracking. Previously, Kelly worked as the NMTC Program Coordinator at Capmark Finance Inc. from July 2004 to April 2011, marking the beginning of a successful career in the finance sector. Kelly holds a BA in Business Management from Colorado State University, obtained in 2004.
