Sergey Borzenko

Sergey Borzenko is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in operations and investment management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Greenlock since June 2023, Sergey previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst at a family office for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, where responsibilities included enhancing the financial data system and integrating a wealth management analytics solution. As a co-founder and Investment Manager at SEB Capital from January 2016 to January 2023, Sergey specialized in equity research and portfolio management for small-cap companies in the U.S. and Canada, while also providing valuation support for private equity assets. Prior experience includes a Senior Sales Manager position within Citi's Private Client Group, focusing on the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, and an earlier role as a Sales Manager and Intern within the same organization. Sergey holds a Master's in Finance from the New Economic School and a Diploma in Economics and Innovation Management from Volgograd State University.
